Welcome to the Yoon Research Group (Micro/Nano Soft Biomechanics Laboratory)! Our mission is to advance understanding of soft biomechanics problems by developing nano/microelectromechanical systems (N/MEMS)-based experimental model systems, with the ultimate aim to shed light on the mechanobiological progresses of human diseases. Our focus is equivalently placed on biologically inspired engineering for mechanical and biomedical applications and soft sensors, in hopes of developing devices to communicate with human.
